Eames RAR Rocking Chair for Herman Miller

Originally gifted to pregnant wives of employees, original examples like this one from the 60s are becoming increasingly difficult to find. This one features an original fibreglass seat (new versions are made from plastic!) with the birch wood rockers having been replaced at some point in it’s lifetime.

The chair is in very good condition for the age with no cracks in the fibreglass and rubber supports in excellent condition. Complete with the Herman Miller stamp and production label for authentication.
